The Blog after the next...

So.. I'm back in Singapore.. and it feels good to be online.. i have touched a computer for the last 12 days.. seems impossible in the 21st century to go offline for 12 days.. but you know.. there is a world outside the internet.. people should start using thr legs and not the fingers...

Well.. i had an awesome holiday in Lovely Lanka.. started off with a camping trip 3 hrs after i landed. Camping in Sri Lanka is real camping.. i feel sorry for the singaporeans whose idea of camping is pitching a tent by the side of the jogging lane at east coast park.. with flushable toilets 20 metres away. The camping site we went to is called Bundala.. small nature reserve compared to the other famous reserves such as Yala (camp site 2 km away from LTTE base), Wilpattu (closed as claymore mines took the life of few ppl days before). Are original destination was Udawalawe.. which has one of the most beautiful campsites.. but lucked out with the booking. But, Bundala was a good alternative, a place famouse for its bird like and crocodiles. Our campsite was next to the Shore (the other campsite was closed as a croc ate someones driver a few years back). Besides the nature, the trip was about off roading and drinking. started beers at 8am and didnt stop drinkning till midnight (damn freezing with the breeze.. i pussied out and slept in the jeep, and all e girls roughed it outside). btw, it was too windy to put up tents. Pics will be posted as soon as Asoka decides to email me the pics - or do what Nicole suggested, upload on sendspace.

I can give a small write up on the trip.. but i rather wait for pics so i can give an illustrated guide.. oh, i took a dump in the dark, under the stars, on the beach.. ever watchful for crabs and the sea that might wash away my toliet paper...

The weekend following that, i went with my family to another isolated cabin in the hills, called the 'Log Cabin'. No electricity but had flushable toilets - but we had some amazing cooks who spent the whole time preparing us Lamb and Pork chops for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Thr was a rock pool with freezing water..

Asoka take note - this is where we should go for our Dec trip

I got pics..

The Log Cabin

My ride

The rock pool - where i lost all sensation in my penis (to the cold)

The Belly Brothers - my application is under review

View from the Room - Adam's peak

And the finale... Me!!! - think i gained the most weight possible for anyone over a 3 day period
