We are glad to inform you that you have been offer accommodation to Ridgeview Residences (RVR - Old Kent Ridge, Single occupancy) for AY2006/2007. This is due to some rejection of offer we have received. Currently, we are offering to the lower pointers according to the limited available rooms we have.

Please note that there will be no change of request to other hostel as we are offering based on room availability. If you are not interested in this offer of RVR, you may reject it via email.

We need you to reply your decision by 26 June 2006 via -------- . No response from you will also be deem as rejection of offer.

We will proceed to re-allocate the rooms to the next student in line who is in need of room if we do not hear from you by 30 June 2006 or rejection of offer by you.
